Richard Romer-Lee retires as CEO of Titan Square Mile

Richard Romer-Lee, chief executive of Titan Square Mile, is set to retire from the business this month.

The step back follows the integration of Titan Square Mile into Titan Wealth Group, which took place in February 2024.

Since the acquisition, assets under management across the firm’s products have almost tripled to £7bn, according to Titan Square Mile.

Commenting on his departure,Romer-Lee said, “I have loved every minute of Square Mile’s journey since it was established in 2014 and its subsequent acquisition by Titan Wealth in 2024.

“The business goes from strength-to-strength powering ambitions for a wide range of clients. I am incredibly proud of the team’s achievements on behalf of its clients and leave the business in good hands for the future.”

James Kaberry, Titan Wealth’s joint CEO, added that Romer-Lee’s “passion, vision and leadership have shaped Square Mile from its inception into the highly regarded research and investment business it is today”.

“Since becoming part of Titan Wealth, he has played a key role in integrating the business and driving its continued growth.
