Franklin Templeton has hired Carl Tomlin to its UK wholesale team as business development director.
Tomlin brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the role having worked with First Sentier, Aviva Investors and Columbia Threadneedle in the South West, the Midlands and Wales.
He has also served as a charity trustee and recently led the expansion of a family-owned golf and leisure business through an acquisition in the Midlands.
