Rob Lambert has joined Atomos’ office in Lymington, Hampshire as a senior portfolio manager, leaving his role as an investment manager at WH Ireland after more than a decade.
During his 17-year career, which began with a stint at Pritchard Stockbrokers, Lambert has worked with individuals, trusts, charities, and corporates to run their investment portfolios.
Giles Marriage, head of portfolio management at Atomos, said: “We are very happy to have Rob on board. His experience, and his strong client-centric focus make him an excellent addition to our team, which is committed to providing top quality investment advice.”
Lambert is the latest of a handful of departures from WH Ireland over the last few months. Steven Beaney and Martin Guilbert left the firm in November last year to set up Silverwood Wealth Management, and they were later joined at the start-up by investment manager George Holloway, also of WH Ireland.
Long-time investment manager Paul Sheehan also left the firm in February to join Oberon Investments.
