Multrees Investor Services has appointed Helen O’Neill as deputy chief executive officer.
O’Neill joins the investment custody and administration firm having spent almost a decade as chief operating officer of Tatton Investment Management.
She has held a range of board-level and advisory roles during her career, providing strategic insight and mentoring to growing financial services firms.
As deputy CEO, O’Neill will work with CEO Chris Fisher to lead the execution of Multrees’ strategic and commercial objectives.
Fisher said: “This is a significant appointment for Multrees as we move into the next stage of our growth. The wealth management sector is changing quickly.
“Larger firms continue to pursue scale, but there is also a powerful opportunity for specialist, challenger and high-growth firms that know their clients deeply and want to grow without losing what makes them distinctive.
“Our role is to help make that possible, and Helen brings an exceptional blend of commercial insight, sector knowledge and operational discipline. I’m delighted to welcome her to the leadership team.”
