Invesco has named two new additions to its team, as part of efforts to bolster its new Invesco Solutions and Custom Strategies platform.

Clint Harris (pictured) has been appointed to the newly-created role as global head of solutions and custom strategies, reporting to Stephanie Butcher, co-head of investment at Invesco. In his new capacity, he will be responsible for connecting portfolio construction with client engagement across the platform.

Meanwhile, Darby Nielson has joined the firm as CIO of multi-asset solutions, reporting to Harris. Nielson brings more than 20 years of experience in investment strategy and research to the team, having spent almost 20 years in various roles at Fidelity Investments.

The new appointments reflect Invesco’s efforts to bolster its solutions and custom strategies platform, which is designed to deliver a tailored experience to clients across public and private markets, as well as active and passive strategies.

Butcher said: “By uniting our existing customisation capabilities into a single, globally coordinated offering, we are better positioned to partner with clients on increasingly sophisticated portfolio needs while maintaining our focus on investment excellence and disciplined risk management.”

Harris added: “A more integrated approach across investments, technology, and client engagement will accelerate our ability to deliver tailored solutions, deepen client relationships, and help drive strong outcomes.”
