Infundly has appointed Ben Yearsley and Gavin Haynes, co-founders of Fairview Investing, to its newly-created advisory board.

The firm, which was founded by Sheridan Admans (pictured) in August this year, provides fund research and due diligence tools to fund selectors.

Alongside being board members, Yearsley and Haynes intend to invest in Infundly, subject to final documentation.

Yearsley has almost 30 years of industry experience, having spent 15 years as an investment manager at Hargreaves Lansdown, and two and-a-half years as head of investment research at Charles Stanley.

Yearsley went on to found Wealth Club in 2016, and Fairview Investing alongside Haynes in 2019.

Haynes also has more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry, having spent more than 22 years as the managing director of Whitechurch Securities before co-founding Fairview Investing.

Commenting on their appointment, Infundly’s Admans said: “Ben and Gavin bring exactly the combination of experience and market perspective that Infundly needs as we develop the business.

“They understand fund selection in practice, have built and advised investment propositions, and know what professional investors need from research providers.”

He added that their support as advisers, as well as their intention to invest their own capital, is a “meaningful endorsement of what we are building”.

“Just as importantly, they will bring challenge, judgement and a strong understanding of the markets Infundly is seeking to serve.”
