Guinness Global Investors has hired industry veteran Craig Veysey to head up the firm’s new fixed income range, which is expected to launch by the end of 2026.
The strategy will be an “active, high conviction benchmark unconstrained global bond strategy”, according to a statement from Veysey.
He brings more than 25 years of experience managing active bond funds to the team. In his previous role, he served as lead fund manager and head of strategic bonds at Man Group. Veysey led the Man Group Strategic Bond strategy, the renamed version of his Sanlam Strategic Bond fund that he created in 2012.
