Vanguard has launched the Vanguard USD High Yield Corporate Bond UCITS ETF, giving European investors broadly diversified access to the dollar-denominated high-yield market.

The ETF will track the Bloomberg US High Yield $250mm 2% issuer-capped index, providing exposure to corporate bonds rated below investment grade.

At an OCF of 0.15%, it is one of the lowest-cost funds in its peer group. It is listed on the London, Swiss, Italian, German and Dutch stock exchanges.

Claire Aley, head of product and PRD Europe, said: “The USD high yield market is the largest segment of the global high yield corporate bond market and an important building block in a comprehensive fixed income offering.

“We are launching the Vanguard USD High Yield Corporate Bond UCITS ETF now to give investors low-cost, diversified access to an important source of income at a time when many are looking to enhance portfolio income, manage duration risk and broaden diversification.”

This launch follows nine equity ETF launches from Vanguard in 2026, further expanding its ETF range.
