Their announcement comes shortly after head of investments Neil Woodford said he would leave Invesco Perpetual in April to form his own fund group.
Invesco Perpetual spoke only to say that the pair had left to “pursue other opportunities”.
Nick Mustoe, Invesco Perpetual’s chief investment officer, added: “On behalf of the Invesco Perpetual team, I would like to thank them both for the tremendous work they have done. We wish them the very best for their futures.”
