Finch, who joins Smith & Williamson as an associate director, spent the last eight years at Barings as an associate director within its UK wholesale distribution team.
Reporting to Mickey Morrissey, head of retail sales at Smith & Williamson, Finch will work alongside Julien Polnik and Lucy Mitchell with the task of promoting the group’s managed portfolio service and discreationary fund management solutions.
