As part of the integration between Schroders and Cazenove Capital Management, the following five funds have been merged and taken on a new name.

As part of the integration between Schroders and Cazenove Capital Management, the following five funds have been merged and taken on a new name:
 
The Cazenove UK Dynamic Absolute Return Fund has merged into the Schroder AS UK Dynamic Absolute Return.
The Cazenove European Alpha Absolute Return Fund has merged into the Schroder ISF European Alpha Absolute Return Fund.
The Cazenove European Equity Absolute Return Fund, the Cazenove UK Equity Absolute Return Fund and Cazenove Leveraged UK Equity Absolute Return Fund have merged into the Schroder ISF European Equity Absolute Fund. 
 
No change in investment criteria or strategy or fund risk profiles will be changed, as the primary investment objectives of the funds remain the same.
 
The underlying portfolio managers who are currently managing the Cazenove Cayman funds will continue to manage the Schroder ISF and Schroder AS funds.
 
On 24 March, the capital fund ranges of both companies will be combined onto one single administration platform, and all Cazenove Capital funds will be changing name.
