Saunderson House has hired former investment director for Crispin Odey’s private client business, Lee Bailey, as a financial planning director.
Bailey had spent the past decade at Odey Wealth Management focusing mainly on providing advice to high net worth clients. He was also a member of the risk and compliance committees.
Odey WM declined to comment on Bailey’s departure.
Saunderson House CEO Tony Overy said he was excited to bring Bailey on board.
“Lee brings with him a wealth of experience and his depth of knowledge and capabilities will complement our own team of senior financial planners and management at Saunderson House,” Overy said.
Bailey has over 25 years’ experience in the private client space. He is also a chartered financial planner and a fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
Commenting on his appointment Bailey said: “I am very much looking forward to working with the experienced Saunderson House team, who have an exceptional track record in delivering good outcomes and sensible financial planning solutions for its clients.”
