They discusses the progress on ethnic minority inclusivity and how the UK can learn from the US on DE&I intitiatives.
The problems and pitfalls with ethnic minority pay gap reports were also explored with Stewart highlighting the comparability issues and lack of data being collected. They also explored the lack of senior representation of ethnic minorities, particularly in the investment industry, and why it is important to champion and develop individuals.
