Walker brings 20 years of experience to the company and joins from the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg, where he has been head of infrastructure funds and was previously deputy head of equity funds at the European Investment Fund.
He joins an eight-strong F&C private equity team in Edinburgh and will report to team head Hamish Mair. Walker will be covering European funds, co-investments and renewables investments.
