Franklin Templeton launches US Equity Income ETF

New fund will soon be made available on European and UK stock exchanges

Franklin Templeton has announced the launch of the Franklin US Income Equity Focus UCITS ETF, further bolstering the firm’s active ETF range.

The new strategy is listing on the Deutsche Börse Xetra today (28 May), followed by listing on the Italian and London Stock Exchanges on 29 May.

It is an actively managed, high-conviction equity ETF, primarily investing in US large-cap equities and equity-related securities, with the potential for both capital appreciation and Income.

Todd Brighton, Brendan Circle, and Edward D. Perks, chief investment officer at Franklin Income, will co-manage the new ETF.
