Close Brothers Asset Management has hired Quilter Cheviot’s Matt Hearsum as senior investment manager, the most recent in a string of hires for the firm.
Hearsum, who holds over 25 years of experience in the industry, was most recently executive investment director for Quilter Cheviot Investment Management and was a partner at Cheviot Asset Management. Working from the firm’s London office, Hearsum specialises in private client fund management.
Close Brothers has also recently hired Investec’s Annabel Barrow as senior investment manager, and earlier in January, brought on Matt Green as senior investment director and Jonathan Follows as senior investment manager.
