Charles Smyth-Osbourne, Duncan Gordon and James Hutton are joining a team that manages assets for private clients, charities, pension funds and institutions both in the UK and internationally which include a range of offshore and onshore unit trusts and investment funds.
Smyth-Osbourne has over 30 years’ industry experience managing investments for a wide range of families and charities working as head of both private clients and charities at GAM while Gordon and Hutton held portfolio director responsibilities for a wide range of private, trust and charity clients at GAM.

He added that the latest appointments build on those of Melanie Roberts and Ruadhri Duncan who joined the firm’s charities team from Newton in late 2011.
