In his new role, he will working as a business development manager covering Scotland and the North of England. He reports to head of UK regional sales, Mark Savage.
Ferguson joins from Ignis Asset Management where he was a fund sales manager covering Scotland, the North of England and Northern Ireland.
This latest appointment bolsters the retail sales team to 16. Ten of these are dedicated to the UK market while six cover business in continental Europe.
“Mark is an ideal fit for the team as he has covered Scotland and the North of England for many years in his former role,” Savage said.
