AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) has added Megan Brennan to its thematic equity team.
The portfolio manager joins from Sarasin & Partners, where she spent seven years as a portfolio manager and analyst on thematic equity and multi-asset funds.
She will work alongside head of global thematic strategies Tom Riley and portfolio manager Gregg Bridger, and will co-manage some of AXA IM’s global thematic strategies.

On the appointment, Riley said: “Megan’s appointment is a fantastic addition to the long-standing credentials of our Thematic Equity team. She has strong experience in running global thematic portfolios, as well as detailed fundamental analysis, and understanding disruptive and changing themes.
“She brings an investment mindset that is aligned with AXA IM’s fundamental investment process and philosophy, and we are confident she will help us further refine the investment process.”
