Shard Capital has announced the appointment of Nick Davis (pictured) as CFO.
Based in London, he will be responsible for financial enhancements across the firm as it looks to grow its investment management services.
Davis joins from Permira, where he spent six years as UK financial controller. He also previously held roles as an accountant at AllianzGI and accountancy firm Hays Macintyre.
