Rathbones has lost investment director Marcus Holden-Craufurd (pictured) to JM Finn.
Holden-Craufurd spent 13 years working at Rathbones and prior to that worked at Dexia and Ely Fund Managers, having joined the industry in 2000 following seven years in the Life Guards.
His appointment as investment director based in the London office is effective immediately.
JM Finn currently manages £9.6bn.
Rathbones last week outlined its strategic growth plans for the firm, which it warned would hit operating margins.
