Brooks Macdonald Funds Ltd, following shareholder approval, will offer investors unitised access to the wider group’s fund of funds range. This will include replication of its Managed Portfolio Service portfolios which provide medium, lower and defensive income options.
They will be managed by Jonathan Webster-Smith, who heads up Brooks Macdonald’s MPS.
The funds will shortly be available via a selected number of leading wrap platforms and other financial products.
The new subsidiary will also offer four specialist funds: the Structured Growth Fund and three Channel Islands Stock Exchange-listed property funds: Student Accommodation Fund, Ground Rents Fund and UK Agricultural Land Fund.
