Former Standard Life Investments GARS founder Munro took on the role of CEO at Aviva Investors in January.
Pizer was a member of Munro’s former SLI team responsible for portfolio construction and tactical asset allocation. At SLI hPizer was investment director, multi-asset investing and portfolio manager on the Global Absolute Return Strategies (GARS) Fund and the Absolute Return Bond Strategy Fund.
He will be based in London and reports to head of multi-assets, Peter Fitzgerald.
