Hayes, who joins the asset manager from Invesco Perpetual, is based in London and reports to George Harvey, Barings’ head of sales, business development and client service. She starts with immediate effect.

Hayes spent 11 years at Invesco Perpetual and was most recently associate director of global sales and relationship management.
Last month, Invesco Perpetual saw head of marketing Rick White, sales manager Simon Dale and sales director Craig Newman depart to pursue other opportunities.
