According to the firm, the fund will be available to Openwork advisers as a part its Omnis investment proposition and will embrace the approach and style for which Woodford is known.
Openwork said the Omnis UK Income & Growth Fund will lie alongside the firm’s other sector funds also run as segregated mandates, by the likes of Schroders, Jupiter and Threadneedle and will take positions in both listed and unquoted companies across the UK”.
It will also form part of the Omnis multi-asset model portfolios built which are constructed using the various sector funds.
