Thitchener joins the firm on 27 October and will be focused on helping to develop the Bristol-based discretionary manager’s distribution footprint.
Whitechurch MD, Gavin Haynes said Thitchener’s investment knowledge and industry experience will help further develop the services the group provides to IFAs.
“Philip has a clear understanding of the intermediary marketplace coupled with a detailed appreciation of the issues facing IFAs and the benefits of outsourcing investment solutions,” Haynes said.
Thitchener will report to Whitechurch’s sales director Simon Snook.
