Independent Wealth Partners UK (IWP) has acquired Beyond Financial, based in Solihull in the West Midlands.
It will join IWP’s Warwickshire regional hub Alexander Grace.
This marks the financial advisory firm’s 13th M&A deal.
Beyond Financial director Tony O’Driscoll will remain at the company and continue to lead the team of paraplanners and administrators.
The terms of the M&A deal were not disclosed, but Beyond Financial currently has assets under administration of £58m.
Growth plans

“Combined with the central support that comes from being part of IWP, I am excited to see continued growth at Beyond Financial as well as the benefits for our existing clients.”

IWP previously told Portfolio Adviser sister title International Adviser it plans to have around 50 offices all over the UK by 2021.
Last month IWP appointed Moola founder Gemma Godfrey as chair of its investment management division.
