Former Towry team launches wealth boutique

A team of five former-Towry managers have announced the launch of an independent wealth management and financial planning firm, Lockhart Capital Management.

The five founding partners, Jon Bowes, Andrew Wilson , Chris Cole, Toby Alcock and Bryan Innes, met while working at financial planner Towry and have joined forces to launch three offices in London, Leeds and Aberdeen.

Cole, Alcock and Innes will be partners at the firm while Andrew Wilson takes up the role of chief investment officer and Bowes as chief executive officer.

Robert Seachoy is a portfolio manager and Caroline Lyons joined the firm as head of fund research.

Bowes said: “I’m incredibly proud to be working alongside such a talented group of individuals. Between us we have a significant amount of experience and knowledge of the high net worth sector.

“We have a bespoke proposition for individuals looking for a more personal service and look forward to introducing our capabilities to future clients.”  

Lockhart will offer financial planning services and a private investment office for high net worth clients.

It will also provide philanthropic services such as long-term gifting and charitable giving programmes.

The firm was established as a partnership and will have no external investors.
