Pos, previously Towry’s head of corporate development, will lead the growth of the firm’s core investment and advisory services and develop new products for the wealth management offering.
With 20 years’ experience, Pos spent eight years at Towry and said he would “look forward” to shaping a full wealth management proposition for Brown Shipley.
He will be based in the firm’s London office as the firm looks to expand its offering in the south-east.
