Georgina Hellyer joins today (6 June) as an analyst for global emerging markets from Aviva Investors, who she joined in 2006, where she was a commodities and technical analyst in the emerging markets and Asian equities team.
Ilan Furman will join her in August as an analyst for the Latin American markets. He has been hired from Pictet where he was a Latin American specialist having joined from his role as a consultant in Deloitte’s financial; advisory services team.
They will both be part of the Asia (ex Japan) and emerging markets equities team, headed by Vanessa Donegan and their appointment takes the team, based in London, to ten. Donegan’s team runs money in Latin America, Asia (ex Japan), China and Indian equity portfolios for retail and institutional clients.
