Roughead was previously head of European product development and strategy for JP Morgan Asset Management.
She has spent the past 26 years in investment and finance, holding a number of senior positions including CEO of Above Wealth and CEO of LV Asset Management. She has also worked at Citigroup Private Bank in Europe, Smith Barney Europe and Citi’s retail bank.
