With the onset of auto-enrolment and issues like tax becoming increasingly complex, a growing number of wealth advisers are turning to professional services outfits to help them expand their remit.

Lunching its offering, Thesis said it wanted to bring together the skills of individuals working in the legal and financial advice sectors, so it decided to create an initiative that would bring the two professions together to help them work more closely to deliver value-add propositions for their clients.

Thesis, which has its roots in the legal world, said that its new service would cover strategic financial planning scenarios and include an annual review tool aimed at engendering long-term, productive relationships between both parties.

Lawrence Cook, director of marketing and business development at Thesis, said: “Our initiative is aimed at recognising and bringing together the strengths of the legal and financial advice professions. Through our integrated model we hope to foster a closer relationship between lawyers and financial planners that is mutually beneficial.

“Ultimately, we hope this new service could act as a springboard for future long-term partnerships between advisers and professional services firms. “
