Cook worked with Standard Life for over 25 years and more recently managed the Bristol operation of Towry Wealth Management where he dealt with advice propositions for private clients.
Lloyd has more than 14 years of compliance and oversight experience, split between Skandia and Rensburg group.
Thesis also announced it had experienced a 22% growth year-on-year, passing the benchmark of £4bn AUM earlier this month.
