The international investment company was one of 33 applicants, and was awarded the mandate based upon its marketing, management and administrative capabilities.
The portfolio will be managed by experienced fund-of-funds managers Ian Barrass and Paul Craig. Barrass is head of Henderson’s private equity fund-of-funds business and manages Henderson Private Equity Investment Trust.
Craig is director of Henderson’s Multi-Asset business and manages the Cirilium range of multi-asset funds, launched in June 2008. The portfolio consists of five vehicles which invest in a range of assets across a broad geographic focus.
