Tangiku joins from LaSalle Investment Management and is based in Hong Kong. He will report to Standard Life’s Estate Listed Fund manager, Svitlana Gubriy. The team he joins manages 11 global REIT strategies.
His role will be focused on identifying investment opportunities for the group in the Asia-Pacific real estate securities market.
David Peng, Head of Asia, Standard Life Investments said Tangiku joins Tamsin Balfour, who recently relocated from Edinburgh to Hong Kong as Chief Operating Officer.
