Spring Capital elects Dani Hristova and Will Nott as non-executive directors

Nott will also serve as chair

Spring Capital Partners has elected two non-executive directors, Dani Hristova and Will Nott, with Nott also serving as chair.

Hristova, who began in financial services in 2015, has worked with Legal & General Investment Services, Schroders, and Nordea Asset Management. She is the CEO of Independent Investment Management, a think tank for investment boutiques.

Nott holds almost 40 years of experience in asset management, with 34 years at M&G, where he became CEO of M&G Securities. Nott has also served two years as president of the European Fund and Asset Management Association, and is the current chair of Door Ventures, a digital platform for asset managers.

Spring Capital, which serves as a distribution partner for funds, has brought in over $4bn (£3.13bn) in the past five years for its funds. Malcolm Arthur and Eede serve as the directors of the company.
