Private Investment Banking is billed as including comprehensive solutions for tailor-made financial engineering and access to dedicated portfolio management teams, best-in-class investment products and solutions. It also offers specialist M&A and IPO advice and direct access to all capital markets.
The initiative is headed up by Galeazzo Pecori Giraldi, who will be responsible for a team of senior bankers and account managers in Europe and the Middle East.
