Smith & Williamson has poached three tax and financial planners from Rawlinson & Hunter.

Anita Millar-Neale is expected to join the firm in May, while Simon Jennings and Frances Jennings will move over a month later.

All three appointees come from chartered accountancy Rawlinson & Hunter and are known for their work with UK and international clients. 

Simon Jennings, is a trusts specialist with expertise in planning and administration of settlements for international families.

A founding member of STEP and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, he advises on UK tax issues involving foreign domiciliaries and tax residence.

Frances Jenning’s practice also has a distinctly international flair and trusts focus.

At Rawlinson & Hunter, she provided a range of tax and financial advice to private clients and their families, involving both onshore and offshore vehicles.

She has experience acting as a trustee for family and charitable trusts.
