Khemka wil be based in London and work closely with Spencer Moulton and Nathalie Dauriac-Stoebe, CEO of the company, to build up Signia’s presence overseas.
She will keep her position as chief executive officer and board director of the London Entrepreneurial Exchange, which she co-founded in 2010 with support from the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, LDC, her former employer.
Khemka was investment director at LDC, which she joined from Lloyds Banking Group where she led a team in the international trade finance business.
Nathalie Duariac-Stoebe, said: "In the past few months Signia Wealth has made a number of notable key senior leadership appointments and Shalini’s appointment will add further depth to our senior management team.
