Wealth manager Shard Capital has appointed James Bushell as head of operations.
Based in London, he will be responsible for strategic planning, operational best practices, policies and implementing technology solutions.
With 28 years industry experience, Bushell (pictured) has previously held roles at Walker Cripps, Lloyds Bank Stockbrokers, and Brewin Dolphin, having spent 15 years at SVS Securities. He was most recently a senior consultant at Goodacre UK.
Martin Bradbrook, COO of Shard Capital, said: “I am delighted to have James join the team at what is an exciting time for Shard Capital, as we prepare the rollout of our new platform and enhance our operational capabilities.
