Samik Mukherjee joins from Coutts where he had been a director since 2008, having joined the firm from RBS Private Banking in 2003.

At SGPB Hambros he will be a senior private banker responsible for advising wealthy clients based in the City of London. His role will be to build new relationships and advise clients on the complete range of wealth management solutions, including investments, wealth structuring, banking and lending.

Louisa Mannooch spent the past six years as a private client solicitor with Speechly Bircham and joins with responsibility for putting together wealth planning solutions for clients, specifically those with international requirements.

The third hire is Paul Stappard as a senior portfolio manager in the firm’s investment team. Like Mukherjee, he joins from Coutts where he held a similar role. Prior to Coutts he started his career and then spent 11 years with Barclays Wealth leaving as head of advisory research to join Coutts in January 2010.
