Daniel Way and Jeremy Hill have joined as senior private bankers in its Newbury office, while Douglas Barton has joined the Edinburgh office.
Way and Hill both join from Barclays Wealth, having set up its Reading office, and Barton joins from PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
The bank said the hires demonstrate its commitment to its regional development strategy.
