Parmenion provides a number of risk-rated portfolios that are actively managed by Sarasin using unit trusts, Oeics and exchange-traded funds. To achieve a target return, they use a range of asset classes including fixed income – largely AAA-rated corporate bonds – global equities and managed liquidity strategies.

The risk ratings are between one (lowest level of risk) and ten, with the allocation moving from 10% managed liquidity, 49% AAA-rated bonds, 21% in other fixed interest and 20% in global equities for risk grade one, to 100% in global equities for risk grade nine, the highest risk grade available.

The minimum investment for an adviser’s client is £100,000.
