Sanderson was latterly a director at Coutts, which has seen a number of departures announced in the past couple of weeks. He has also worked as an IFA, a private banker and regional director in both private banking and wealth management.
Sanderson will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the relationship management team at 7IM, and will also establish his own client relationships.
His appointment is designed to enable David Carroll, one of the 7IM founders, to develop the firm’s high net worth offering from his position on the management committee.
