James Kellett has joined the team – which runs $4.5bn (£3.6bn) – as a research analyst, having worked at Orbis since 2013.
Established in 2010, the franchise runs RWC’s Income Opportunities and Enhanced Income funds employing a conviction led, value-based stock selection process.
The hire of Kellett follows the creation of a 17-strong emerging markets team from Everest Capital in March 2015, headed up by John Malloy and James Johnstone.
