Russell Investments has formed a strategic partnership with Unio Wealth Management to launch a range of global multi-asset funds for investors in Ireland.

The Unio Way Fund Range, ‘powered by Russell Investments’, will be available exclusively to Unio’s clients.

The risk-aligned, globally diversified multi-asset funds span cautious, balanced and growth strategies, each designed to align with different client objectives, risk appetites and investment time horizons.

The funds are designed to integrate directly into financial planning, to support a variety of long-term client objectives, from wealth accumulation, sustainable growth and capital preservation.

Jim Leggate, head of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Russell Investments, said: “Today, clients face an increasingly complex market environment and need access to the right tools and expertise to help them achieve their long-term financial goals.

“Comprehensive investment solutions built around diversification, active management and strong governance are therefore increasingly important.

“By combining Unio’s understanding of the local market with Russell Investments’ global research and portfolio construction expertise, we believe we are ideally placed to meet this need.”

Derek Buckley, managing director at Unio Wealth Management, added:“Our new partnership with Russell Investments is about giving investors in Ireland access to a more diversified, disciplined way of investing and delivering an institutional-grade offering to individuals.

“We believe strongly that Ireland’s next phase of wealth creation will be driven by investing rather than saving. As such, accessing the best globally diversified opportunity while actively managing risk will, in our view, support financial planning and lead to better long-term outcomes.”
