Royal London Asset Management has launched an Irish-domiciled US Equity fund under its global equity team to expand investors’ access to the US equity market.
The fund will be managed by Chris Parr, who has been with RLAM for over six years and spent the past four years as a portfolio manager on the global equities team after starting as an analyst.

The low-risk strategy will be available to UK investors, with plans to expand into Europe and Asia. RLAM said the new fund will utilise the global equity team’s existing strategy.
“The US offers hugely attractive investment opportunities across a variety of sectors and business types,” Parr said.
“Our approach, which focuses on identifying and investing in companies across the corporate life cycle, is ideally suited to this market, allowing us to deliver consistent outperformance with low style and factor risk.”
Rob Williams, chief distribution officer at Royal London Asset Management, said: “Investors are increasingly conscious of the merits of having a dedicated exposure to US equities to take advantage of the rapid developments and evolutions in this market. The launch of our Irish-domiciled fund reflects our continued commitment to deliver best-in-class solutions to meet our clients’ needs.”
