Smith joins Rowan Dartington from private banking house Coutts, where he was an investment adviser. He has also worked at Second Row Consultants and Bank of Scotland Investment Service during his 12 years in the financial services industry

Opening the Cheltenham office will take the number of Rowan Dartington’s branches to six and adds to premises in Bristol, Chichester, Hereford, London and Weston-super-Mare.
Coxell said opening the new branch gives the wealth manager extra local exposure in the south of England and will allow it to develop its business in Cheltenham and the surrounding area.
