He replaces Ben Cooper who will take up a commercial director position at the firm.
Clark’s career in the financial services industry spans 32 years so far, including spells in various sectors of the insurance industry, from UK life and pensions to general insurance at companies including Legal & General.
At Rowan Dartington he will be responsible for the overall management of the firm across England and Scotland, ensuring that all business areas comply with policies on remuneration, human resources, training and customer servicing.
Cooper will also be responsible amongst other things for the non-organic expansion of the business.
Rowan Dartington executive chairman Graham Coxell said: “The business is growing steadily and we are still very much committed to developing our presence across the whole of the United Kingdom ultimately meaning more hires. In this context, Adrian is going to be a real asset to ensure consistency across our branches, in terms of customer servicing but also to guarantee our staff well-being and ongoing professional development. We are very pleased that someone with so much experience in this field is joining us at such an important time in Rowan Dartington’s development”.
