Chris Riley has joined to provide the team with additional research and analysis for the ongoing review of RSMR rated funds and the expanding bespoke research services for adviser clients. Prior to this role, he worked at BNYMellon, Railpen Investments and Hermes Fund Managers.

Jon Lycett has been hired as business development manager. In this role he will be responsible for developing key relationships with both existing and new advisory client firms throughout the UK.  He joins from HSBC Global Asset Management where he was responsible for relationship management working with advisers and wealth managers.

“Chris brings with him impressive analytical skills and a breadth of investment insight, which will further strengthen our investment team,” director Geoff Mills said.

“Jon will be key in developing our relationships with advisers and will lead the expansion of our services to directly authorised firms who deliver independent advice helping ensure they meet their client and regulatory needs,” he added.

In June, former Cazenove Capital investment director Robin Minter-Kemp joined the firm as non-executive director.
